I enjoyed working on this portfolio because I created my personalized website. Now, I can share my academic growth and get people to know my work through the internet! One part of the ePortfolio that I enjoyed the most was writing my about me page. It was fun to describe myself in a way that people know where I am from, what I do, and what I want to do. The most challenging part I have to admit was selecting the essays to share. It was hard because I want people to know that I really cared about the topic I chose for this class, which was Industrial Pollution. Since my father and my uncle worked for a petroleum company, I know firsthand about the devastating effects of industrial pollution in the environment. Therefore, finding research that supported my point of view was satisfactory but alarming at the same time. It was satisfactory because I proved my ideas about industrial pollution, and it was alarming because people are not aware of the effects of industrial pollution not only in the environment but in our daily life. Working on the ePortfolio was fun because I worked in different aspects of myself such as my volunteering work, classes that I took, and some classes that I need to take. One aspect of the ePortfolio that was helpful is showing to our group the work we have done, and receiving feedback from classmates and the professor to improve my website to make it look professional.
